Rani Rasmani

Who is this lady? What did this lady do?

Here is a small list:

She funded the construction of Howrah bridge on Hooghly (Ganga) river which helped establishing Kolkata city.

This lady also ensured that British oppressors don’t levy taxes for use of this Howrah bridge.

She made it sure that the procession of Durga Puja is not obstructed by the foreign invaders.

She funded the construction of Kali Temple at Dakshinesvar, near Kolkata.

It is she who constructed Babu Ghat and Nimtala Ghat on the banks of Ganga in Kolkata.

She restored the Shankaracharya temple of Shrinagar.

Walls of ShriKrishna Janmabhumi at Mathura was built by her.

She ‘purchased’ the liberty of 2000 Hindus from the evil jihadi agenda of nawab of Decca.

She started boat services from Ramesvawam to temples of ShriLanka.

She bought the land to build the cricket stadium of Kolkata.

The road from the river Suvarna Rekha to Puri was constructed by her.

This lady financed the construction of Kolkata Presidency College and National Library.

Rani Rasmani was an iconic figure of her time. She hailed from Kaivarta caste (boats man, schedule caste).

She did much more than the things listed here. Yet her name is not known to most of Indians.

Why?

Because our text books and history books are written by communists, muslims and leftists. We must know that after freedom, we successively had six education ministers who were muslims. The evil designs of these invaders are always (even to this date) patronized by congress party.

But what is more surprising is that so called Dalit leaders have never bothered about highlighting the yeomen deeds of this wonderful Bengali lady!!!
